What's a "custom feature"?
Anything To Do Machine builds or customizes for you beyond the built-in screens, such as a habit tracker, a deadline countdown, or a reading log. Built-in lists, boards and views don't count toward the limit, and neither do features you install and leave unchanged.
PRICING FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Standard Annual includes 7 days free and Max Annual includes 14 days free. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then in your iPhone or Mac Settings. The quarterly plan has no trial.
What can I do for free?
Take the quiz. It asks how you work and matches you to a planning system. After that, start a free trial to get the app built around it.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → To Do Machine; on Mac, open the App Store → your account → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Because you pay through the App Store, Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue App Store refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, contact us and we'll help.
Can I share my subscription with my family?
No. Family Sharing isn't available. Each subscription is tied to one To Do Machine account.
Does one subscription cover iPhone, Mac, and the web?
Yes. Buy once in the App Store on iPhone or Mac and it covers both. Sign in to app.todomachine.com with the same account, and your plan works there too.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. All plans are in one App Store subscription group, so moving between Standard and Max is handled by Apple. Upgrades start right away, and Apple refunds the unused part of your old plan. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
I subscribed before October 2026. Does my plan change?
No. Existing monthly plans keep their price and features. You can switch to a new plan anytime.
Do you offer student, team, or nonprofit pricing?
Not yet. To Do Machine is built for individuals.
